Return Window
- You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- unused,
- in its original packaging,
- in the same condition as received.
Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
When Are Returns Accepted?
We only accept returns if:
- the item arrived damaged or defective,
- you received the wrong item.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- change of mind,
- incorrect size,
- personal preference.
How to Request a Return

Please include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- clear photos (for damaged or incorrect items).
If your return is approved, you will receive:
- a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number,
- detailed return instructions.
⚠️ Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs in all cases.
- If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- please contact us with photos and a description,
- in certain cases, we may offer a prepaid return label or a full refund without requiring the return, at our discretion.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.
- For low-value items (under $10), we may issue a refund without requiring a return, at our discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us for assistance with a return or refund if eligible.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- used items or items not in original packaging,
- hygiene-related products (e.g., toys with direct child contact, cosmetics, underwear),
- items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”.
Non-Returnable & Exempt Items
Certain types of products are always non-returnable, including:
- perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers),
- intimate or sanitary products,
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases,
- gift cards,
- downloadable software,
- health and personal care items.
International Orders
- At this time, we primarily serve customers within the United States.
- If you place an order from outside the U.S., it will be reviewed manually before fulfillment.
- If we cannot ship to your location, your order will be canceled and you will receive a full refund.
Additional Information
- All returns must be approved in advance with an RMA number.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
